Do you have ___ available?
If you see the item on the website, it is available on the farm. You may see an item one time and not see it available another time and that is because our inventory is live and changes daily. You can use the search function on our website to search by common or scientific name.

Is local delivery or shipping available?
Curbside is designed for customer pickup. We do not offer any delivery or shipping services at this time.

Where do I go to pick up my order?
When you arrive to Cherrylake, you will follow the signs for Curbside and enter Gate 5 (you will see a red G5 next to the gate). Follow the signs to the pickup window for truck check-in and we will guide you from there. See detailed directions + map.

What does it take to have an account created?
Account creation is quick and easy. You create your account online and it becomes immediately active. You'll be able to instantly go in and purchase plant material for pickup at Curbside. No need to wait for someone to review and approve your account.

Can I return items?
All sales are final once they leave our farm. As we prepare your order, we inspect each item to ensure it meets our standards. Since various external factors can contribute to plant material failure after leaving our farm, we do not accept returns. This approach helps us maintain low prices and quick turnaround times. If you see anything wrong with your plant material, you have the option to decline item(s) before they are loaded on your truck.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We guarantee that all of our products are true to variety. However, we do not offer a warranty on our products because there are many factors that can contribute to plant material failure in a landscape.

Can I call in my order?
No, Curbside does not have a phone service. We understand that some customers prefer phone orders but our phone lines are reserved exclusively for our existing wholesale account inquiries. We hope you'll give our online ordering system a try - we designed it specifically so that we could offer our plants to others outside of our core business of large wholesale accounts. But if you are not comfortable with online ordering, we understand and encourage you to look elsewhere for your plant needs.

I saw it on your farm, but it's not on the website. Why?
This can happen because our inventory may get booked but not be picked up yet.

Can you guarantee a specification or size?
When browsing our inventory, you will see the most current specifications of height, width and caliper for each item we sell. Because it's a live product and due to our high volume of sales, these specifications are constantly being updated by our team. You can expect that the items you order will fall within the specification range that is listed on our website.

I really need a specific size plant. Can I request that?
On Curbside you'll find a wide range of options to choose from in varying sizes. We provide detailed photos of our current crops, size specifications, and availability information on the website which is constantly updated by our team. The sizing provided shows a range and we cannot guarantee you will receive the larger size. If you have a specific size you require in terms of height, spread or caliper, we recommend you find the option that fulfills your requirement with the minimum size. Inventory is live and always being updated as we sell through and bring in new crops. Please check back regularly for the most up to date information.

Can I update or change my order?
If you would like to add items to your order, you need to create a new order; you cannot add items to an existing order. If you would like to remove items from your order,let the loading team know which items you do not want. They will make sure your credit card is not charged. If you have any issues, please contact us at info@cherrylakecurbside.com.

How can I get a copy of my invoice/receipt?
Your order confirmation will be emailed to you once you place your order. Still don't have it? You can reach us at info@cherrylakecurbside.com, and we will be happy to help.

Can I hand select the material for my order?
No. Our team has already hand-selected all plant material that is available in Curbside, and they put your order together before you arrive. This helps us keep our turnaround times quick and pricing competitive. If you see anything wrong with your plant material, you have the option to decline item(s) before they are loaded on your truck.

Order pickup/delivery questions

 

What kind of vehicle/trailer do I need?
It is your responsibility to make sure your truck and trailer have adequate space for your order, and can be hauled safely. To help guide you, pay attention to the size of the plant you are ordering (the width and height of the plant are shown when you are ordering) and also think about the size of the container it will be in. Check out this tool to see the average size and weight of each container size. Something else to think about is having proper tarps and straps to secure your cargo.

What happens if my order doesn't all fit in my vehicle or trailer?
Our team will do everything we can to load your order efficiently. If we cannot fit your order safely into one pickup, we will ask that you split your order into two or more pickups.

Is local delivery or shipping available?
Curbside is designed for customer pickup. We do not offer any delivery or shipping services at this time.

 

Accounting questions

 

Can I have credit terms?
At this time, we do not provide credit for our Curbside customers. All orders must be paid online via a debit or credit card.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept cash or checks.

I have a tax exempt/tax resale certificate. Can you honor it?
You will have the opportunity to upload it while you create your account. It takes 2-3 business days for our team to be able to review the certificate and update your account. If you already created an account, you can email your certificate to info@cherrylakecurbside.com. Any order placed prior to approval will be subject to taxes.
